The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a notification informing all eligible candidates of the Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Examination, Session Annual Regular 2023, about the opportunity to obtain the photocopies of their answer scripts and/or re-evaluate their answer scripts. The application process for these services will be conducted online through the official JKBOSE website, www.jkbose.nic.in.
According to the notification, the link for submitting online forms for re-evaluation and photocopy of answer scripts will be open from June 19, 2023. Candidates interested in obtaining the photocopy of their answer scripts must fill out the online form by the last date of July 2, 2023. Those seeking re-evaluation of their answer scripts have until July 9, 2023, to submit their forms.
To avail the re-evaluation service, candidates are required to pay a prescribed fee of Rs. 495 per answer script, while the fee for obtaining a photocopy of an answer script is Rs. 255 per answer script. The payment of fees should be made online through various modes such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, among others.
The notification states that the JKBOSE will upload a notice regarding the collection of photocopies of answer scripts on their website in a phased manner. Students must adhere to the uploaded schedule and collect their photocopies from the concerned Secrecy sections of the JKBOSE Head Office at JKBOSE New Campus, Bemina, Srinagar, and Rehari Colony, Jammu-Tawi. It is mandatory for students to provide proof of fee payment when collecting their photocopies.
To ensure a streamlined process, students are advised to strictly follow the schedule for collecting their answer scripts and regularly visit the JKBOSE website for updates regarding the schedule for obtaining the photocopies.
It is important to note that candidates with disqualifications or canceled exams/papers are not eligible to apply for photocopies or re-evaluation of the respective subjects.
